Where do I ship my booth materials?

How do I pay?

May I pay by credit card instead?
Yes, for a 3% surcharge, you may use the pay by using the credit card option available through PayPal, or use PayPal to remit your contribution!
What is the table size at my booth?
Tables are 6 feet long.
How early may I ship my items?
You may ship your items to be received 10 days prior to the January 18th conference.
Will there be power outlets available in my booth?
Power is provided at each booth. If you need additional power strips, please inform the A-LIST Coordinators no later than January 15th.
When does setup and breakdown of materials occur?
Setup begins at 6:00 AM on January 18th. Breakdown begins at 5:00 PM, during the prize giveaway.
Can I set my booth up early?
If there are no events the prior day, you may set up the evening before during the hours of 4:00 - 7:00 PM. Contact Nadia ([email protected]) to coordinate early arrival.
Is there parking at Loudermilk Center?
There is a paid parking garage connected to the facility.
The Peachtree Center MARTA train station, easily accessible from Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, is also within walking distance of Loudermilk Conference Center.

Can I bring a gift to give away?
Yes! We are looking for sponsors to bring gifts for the 5:00PM giveaway. Each attendee will need an entry that has been stamped at every booth in order to enter in the prize drawings!
Will InfraGard provide sponsors with an attendee list?
InfraGard values the privacy of its members and guarantees our membership that we will not share their information without permission. Sponsors are encouraged to collect business cards at their booths and enter a prize in the drawings.
